Crime report Ashfield South week to 14 March 2019

Crimes reported for Hucknall and the Rural Villages over the past seven days.

 
Burglary Dwelling
Between 8.30am and 5.30pm on Tuesday 5 March in Farm Avenue, Westville, Hucknall a property was entered and two cash boxes were stolen.
 
Burglary Other
Between midnight and 9am on Sunday 10 March in Pye Hill Road, Jacksdale a commercial property was entered by smashing a toilet window. Not known if anything was stolen.
 
Theft of motor vehicle
At around 12.40pm on Monday 11 March in Kenbrook Road, Hucknall an insecure delivery van was stolen from the roadside. Two arrests were made.
 
Theft from motor vehicle
Between11pm on Thursday 7 and 8am Friday 8 March in Millbank Place, Bestwood Village a white Ford Transit van and a Land Rover Discovery were broken into. An iPad was stolen from the transit van.
 
Between 11pm on Thursday 7 and 7.30am Friday 8 in Moor Road, Bestwood Village a dark grey Audi A3 parked on a driveway was broken into and a SatNav and some cash was stolen.
 
Overnight of the 11-12 March in Warren Road, Annesley the number plates on a white Ford Transit were stolen.
 
At about 1.45pm on Monday 11 March in Thorne Grove, Hucknall a slim white male with short brown hair wearing black track bottoms stole an orange box containing a nail gun from a van parked at the roadside. The male made off on a push bike.
 
Criminal Damage
At about 12.25pm on Sunday 10 March in Florence Street, Hucknall the front window of a house was smashed.
