Crime Report for Ashfield South week to 18 March 2019

Crimes reported for Hucknall and the Rural Villages over the past seven days.

 Burglary Dwelling
Between the 13th and 21st March in Laughton Crescent, Hucknall a house was entered via a rear window and an Xbox and door key were stolen.

Between 10am and 3.30pm on Thursday 21 March in Farm Avenue, Hucknall a house was entered and an Xbox1 and some games were stolen.

 Burglary Other
None reported.

Theft of motor vehicle
None reported.

Theft from motor vehicle
Between 7pm on Thursday 21 and 4.15am Friday 22 March in Sedgwick Street, Jacksdale the rear number plate to a white Vauxhall Insignia estate was stolen.

At around 11.45pm on Saturday 23 March at St Mary Magdalene Church, Market Place, Hucknall an attempt was made to steal lead from the roof of the church. An offender was disturbed and made off who was described as being a white male of medium height, thin build and wearing a black track suit.

Criminal Damage
At approximately 11.45pm on Saturday in The Grove, Annesley a fence was set fire to. The fire spread to a summer house and a motor car. Two youths on bikes were seen nearby.

At around 2.15am on Sunday 24 March in Mosley Road, Annesley a Nissan Juke parked at the roadside was set on fire.

Between 7.10am on Friday 22 and 6pm Saturday 23 March at the Hucknall Tram Stop a Vauxhall Astra was damaged to the side of the car and a wing mirror also damaged.

Between 8.30am on Friday 22 and 10.30pm on Saturday 23 March at the Hucknall Tram Stop a red Alpha Romeo had both wing mirrors damaged.
