Crime Report Hucknall and the Rural Villages for week to Thursday 4 July 2019

Crimes reported over the past seven days.

Burglary Dwelling
None reported.

Burglary Other
Between 10.30pm on Thursday 27 June and 7.50pm on Sunday 30 June ay Allotment Gardens in Watnall Road, Hucknall, a shed was broken into by removing a lock.  Gardening tools, other tools and a quantity of screws was stolen.

Between midnight and 9.00am on Sunday 30 June in Hillcrest Drive, Hucknall, a garage was broken into by removing padlocks. Drills, saws, hand tools and a BBQ were stolen.

Theft of motor vehicle
At 30 minutes past midnight on Wednesday 3 July in Nottingham Road, Selston, a black Honda Civic was stolen from a school car park.  The car was later stopped by Derbyshire Police and the driver arrested.

Theft from motor vehicle
Between 10.30am and 10.40am on the High Street, Hucknall, a silver Vauxhall Combo Van was entered and a Makita saw and a DeWalt drill was stolen.

At around 3.00am on Friday 28 June in Watnall Road, Hucknall, a blue Ford Transit Van was broken into. An electrical tester, PIR sensor, electrical sockets, back boxes, two fixing trays and a bucket was stolen.

Around 3.25am in Watnall Road, Hucknall, a blue Ford Transit van was broken into. We do not know at this time if anything was stolen.

Around 3.45am on Friday 28 June in Park Drive, Hucknall, a white Ford Transit Connect van was broken into and tools stolen.

Nothing to report.

Criminal Damage
Between Saturday 23 June and Saturday 30 June in Sperry Close, Selston, the bonnet of a black Renault car, parked on a driveway, was dented in several places.

Between 4.30pm on Tuesday 2 July and 6.50am on Wednesday 3 July in Storth Avenue, Hucknall, a small tin of paint in a plastic bag was thrown at a parked blue Citroen Picasso causing damage to the windscreen and bonnet.

Around 11.30pm on Tuesday 2 July in Larch Close, Hucknall, two ground floor windows of a property were smashed.
