Crimes reported over the past 7 days, 12:00 noon on the 22nd June 2021 and 12:00 Noon on the 29th June 2021.

Burglary Other Than Dwelling

On 26/06/2021 at approximately 0230 hours a shop owner heard a loud bang at a business premises on Nottingham Road in Mansfield. CCTV shows two males running away from the scene and get into a Silver Vauxhall car. It appears they tried to get into the building by using a metal bar to prise the back door.

Theft Other

A TV has been stolen from outside Nos 5 Bistro which was built into a wall. The offence took place at 0109 hours on 27/06/2021 and is a Samsung 65” model. CCTV has captured a male committing the theft.


Burglary Dwelling

A property has been broken into on Westfield Lane at Approximately 1845 hours on 23/06/2021. Three children were seen aged approximately 9 or 10 years old with a crow bar steeling items from the house and are believed to live locally.


Theft Other

Between 1810 hours and 1830 hours on 22/06/2021 an unknown person has stolen an Aero scooter from the Racecourse Park area. We have no witnesses.

A man fell asleep in Titchfield Park between 2130 hours on 22/06/2021 and 0830 hours on 23/06/2021 when he woke up he noticed cash had been stolen from his pockets.

Theft Other

Some netting has been stolen from the side of a house on Clipstone Road East sometime overnight of the 25/06/2021. Fly tipping has also been done on the garden of the same property.

Lead flashing has been stolen from the clock tower at Kingsway Hall sometime since the 12/06/2021. CCTV is being reviewed.


Theft Other

A Black Carrera Vengence 10 speed was stolen from outside Asda on Old Mill Lane at 1315 hours on 26/06/2021. There is no CCTV covering the area.


Theft Other

A purse has been stolen from a lady at approximately 1755 hours on 23/06/2021 opposite the Polish shop on Westfield Lane.


Burglary Dwelling

A door to a property on Leeming Lane South has been kicked in and items have been stolen from within including jewellery, a TV, a mountain bike and a laptop. The offence was reported to the Police on the 22/06/2021 and it is believed the theft took place up to a few days prior.


Burglary Other Than Dwelling

Garden furniture and a BBQ have been stolen from a back garden on Third Avenue in Rainworth between 2130 hours on 25/06/2021 and 1015 hours on the 26/06/2021. A lock has been broken off the wooden door to get into a shed and a Black Raleigh ladies pushbike and a wheelbarrow have also been stolen.

Theft of Motor Vehicle

A Thwaites 9 tonne dumper truck has been stolen from Berry Hill reservoir on Lindhurst Lane in Mansfield. The offence occurred between 1700 hours on 22/06/2021 and 0700 hours on 23/06/2021. The vehicle was fitted with a tracker but it appears this has been disabled.

Theft From Motor Vehicle

Between 1000 hours and 1500 hours on the 23/06/2021 a wallet was stolen from inside an unsecure car on Lindhurst Way in Mansfield. The bank card from the wallet was used to try and buy food from McDonalds on Eagle Way at 13:53 hours on the 25/06/2021 but was declined. CCTV is being checked.

Theft Other

A self storage company on Southwell Road West has been accessed by 3 males aged approximately 12 years old and they have spray painted the container and stolen several items. The offence took place between 1720 hours and 1740 hours on 26/06/2021.

Theft Other
At around 2215 hours on 24/06/2021 a male disturbed 2 males trying to steal copper piping on Byron Street in Mansfield. There was a smell of gas so all neighbouring properties had to be evacuated so it could be made safe.
Burglary Dwelling
A jewellery box and a safe have been stolen from a property on Roseberry Hill in Mansfield. The victim is unsure of the time frame of the offence but noticed the items missing at midday on 28/06/2021.
Theft Other
A mobile phone has been stolen at approximately 1600 hours on 26/06/2021 from a victim at Ciao Bella on Nottingham Road. The male offender entered the premises with a card with Spanish on it and covered everything on the table and then walked off with the phone.
Burglary Dwelling
A burglary has occurred on 27/06/2021 between 1130 hours and 1620 hours at a property on Priory Road in Mansfield Woodhouse. The owner returned home to find the rear patio doors off of their hinges. We are unsure if anything has been stolen at this time.
Theft From Motor Vehicle
A car has been broken into in a hotel’s car park on Woodhouse Road between 2100 hours on the 24/06/2021 and 0230 hours on the 25/06/2021. A dash cam, resents and paperwork have been stolen. The offenders have forced the side door to get in.
A back window to a car parked in Carr Bank car park was smashed and a handbag was stolen. The offence took place between 1820 hours and 1850 hours on the 27/06/2021. Nothing else was taken.
Theft Other
A laptop was for sale through Gum Tree App and a sale was agreed. The male offender attended the address to look at the laptop and told the girl that this had been paid for by bank transfer. The bank transfer was shown to the girl on the offenders phone and then they left with the laptop. The girl hasthen checked her bank and the payment was never made and messages were sent to the male but he never got back to her. The male is described as foreign, with tanned skin and riding a pushbike with a deliveroo bag on his back. Enquiries are ongoing.
Theft of Motor Vehicle
A Lex Moto ZFX motorbike in a Black and Silver has been stolen from Vale Road in Mansfield Woodhouse between 2200 hours on 22/06/2021 and 0500 hours on 23/06/2021. The vehicle has been added to the hotlist.

Theft Other
A pushbike was chained up to the front of a house on Burlington Drive in Mansfield when it was stolen. The offence occurred between 2030 hours on the 25/06/2021 and 2100 hours on the 26/06/2021. The bike is a Green Avengence 225 mountain bike. The offence is captured on a neighbours CCTV which is being checked.
Burglary Other Than Dwelling
A business premises on Stockwell Gate has noticed a leak from their roof on the 18/06/2021. They had people out to fix the leak on the 19/06/2021 when they realised someone has tried to use a bladed tool possibly a Stanley knife to get in through the roof. Entry was not gained.
Theft From Motor Vehicle
A Black Ford Ranger doors have been forced whilst parked on Gilcroft Street in Mansfield. The rear passenger window was also smashed. A large holdall full of clothes has been stolen. The offence occurred at 0430 hours on the 24/06/2021. CCTV is being checked.
Theft of Motor Vehicle
Between 2100 hours on the 21/06/2021 and 1530 hours on 22/06/2021 a vehicle was stolen from outside a property on Ocean Drive in Warsop. The car was left secure and both sets of keys are with the owner. The car has been added to our hotlist.
